I always come this hotel because the staff really show off their southern hospitality! The hotel needs to be updated but the service outweighs it all
I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff were at this Hilton Garden Inn. From the check in desk to the shuttle driver to all the food service people. They were so accommodating and helpful and provided excellent service. The southern hospitality here is so welcoming. And we enjoyed a very delicious breakfast buffet on our stay. The place is very clean and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping and etc. I highly recommend this place. I only wish I had the names of the staff members to recognize their service.
I have stayed here several times for work, but today Marcus made this hotel feel like a home away from home. He is engaging & Kind and makes this a memorable experience. Look forward to a returned trip Jackson. The world needs more people like Marcus. I feel safe here and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance..
Love this location, they have a lot of things to do in the area walking distance even. The customer service is great enjoy the young lady cook.
Exceptional stay with my family. The entire staff was very friendly especially Marcus. The rooms were comfortable and clean; breakfast was amazing and we would definitely stay here again.
